Terms of Service

I. DEFINITIONS

• "Platform" refers to the customer app, merchant dashboard, and all associated features and digital interfaces of Hubb.
• "Users" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform, including customers and merchants.
• "Customer" refers to individuals using the Hubb app to discover businesses, make purchases, and earn or redeem rewards.
• "Merchant" refers to businesses listed on the Hubb platform that access the dashboard to configure rewards, view transactions, and manage operations.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, graphics, reviews, offers, configurations, feedback, and other materials posted or submitted to the Platform.

II. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to access the Platform.
• By using Hubb, you warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

III. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users agree to:

• Access the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not impersonate another person or business.
• Not use any robot, scraper, or other automated means to extract data.
• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform.
• Not upload or distribute content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

IV. USER ACCOUNTS

• Customers must register via email, phone, or third-party login to access certain features.
• Merchants must be verified businesses onboarded by the Hubb team or through self-service sign-up, and are responsible for keeping dashboard credentials confidential.
• You are solely responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

V. HUBB POINTS & OFFERS

• Hubb Points are non-cash digital credits earned from qualifying purchases at partner stores.
• Points may be redeemed at any participating business but are subject to the rules set by each merchant.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Hubb reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or alter any reward points in case of abuse, fraud, or platform misuse.

VI. MERCHANT DASHBOARD USE

• Merchants may access data, configure offers, view customer activity, and process refunds via the dashboard.
• All information entered (store hours, images, bank info) must be accurate and up to date.
• Merchants agree not to misuse dashboard tools to manipulate offers, falsify customer activity, or interfere with other businesses.

VII. DATA & PRIVACY

• All data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Hubb, you consent to data collection, processing, and sharing as outlined.
• Hubb may collect device data, location (for offers), and behavioral data for improving services.
• Personal data is not sold to third-party advertisers.

VIII. PLATFORM CHANGES

• We may update or modify features, design, or functionality at any time without notice.
• Hubb may suspend access for maintenance or upgrades.
• We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or revoke access in case of violation of these Terms.

IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All Hubb logos, platform designs, interfaces, and content are the intellectual property of Hubb Rewards Private Limited.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Hubb is not liable for any loss of earnings, revenue, or goodwill arising from downtime, reward disputes, incorrect redemptions, or user conduct.
• Hubb is not responsible for the quality of service, pricing, or behavior of any participating business or customer.
• In no event will Hubb's liability exceed the lesser of ₹5,000 or the amount paid by the user (if any) in the past 3 months.

XI. TERMINATION

• You may stop using the Platform at any time.
• Hubb reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms.
• Data may be retained for legal and operational reasons post-termination.

XII. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
