How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account and associated data:
- Open the Hubb Rewards mobile app
- Go to your Profile section
- Tap on "Delete Account" or "Delete Profile"
- Confirm the deletion
Alternatively, you can contact our support team at info@hubbrewards.com to request account deletion.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following personal information is permanently anonymized:
- Email address
- Display name
- Phone number
- Birthdate
- Gender
- Profile points
What Data We Retain
For legal compliance and business operations, we retain the following data (anonymized):
- Transaction history: Retained for 7+ years as required by Indian Income Tax Act for tax/audit compliance
- Rating data: Retained but anonymized (no personal identifiers)
- Transaction records: Needed for store payment records and fraud prevention
Note: All personally identifiable information (PII) is removed. Only transaction amounts, dates, and anonymized references remain for legal and business purposes.
